You know that moment when you hit "subscribe" and immediately forget what you signed up for? Yeah... this is me, reminding you!

Welcome to my quick no-fluff bi-weekly email I'll be sending every other Tuesday with:

  • Bite-sized biz insights (because solopreneurs are busy)
  • What I'm reading & learning (so you can steal my best takeaways)
  • Cool things happening in the solo biz world
  • A fun trivia question (because why not?)

I promise to keep it quick, helpful and slightly entertaining. (No inbox clutter; just good stuff.)

And since you're here...let's kick things off with some trivia:

❓ Trivia Time

Which U.S. president received a handwritten letter from Cuba's Fidel Castro asking for a US $10 bill?

A) John F. Kennedy
B) Franklin D. Roosevelt
C) Richard Nixon

*Pssst... You'll find the answer at the end.

What I'm Reading (again)

Discovered They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan in 2020, and its message still hits: Answer your customers' toughest questions, build trust, and become their go-to expert.
💡 Biggest takeaway? Trust is a business superpower—and a serious competitive edge.

Read it? Tell me your biggest insight! If not, check it out here.

A Video for You:

💻 Behind the scenes

I'm working with a solopreneur who needs a paperless fix for client forms—no signatures, just info. They know Docusign but need something smoother.

The Fix?: We're turning those paper docs into online forms. Clients fill them out, hit submit, and—💥—a shiny new PDF lands in inboxes.

🎯 The Win? Less admin, more actually running a business.

👉🏼 If forms, files, and busy-work are eating up your time, let's fix that. You know where to find me. 😉

📣 And the trivia answer is...

B) Franklin Roosevelt -  In November 1940, 14-year-old Fidel Castro wrote a letter to President Franklin Roosevelt. In the letter, he told the president that he listened to him on the radio and was happy that Roosevelt had won a third term. Fidel asked the president to send him a ten-dollar bill since he'd never seen one.

(How'd you do?)

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Let's keep in touch (and guess what? If you hit 'reply' to the email version of my 'Notes,' I'll answer!

Talk soon,
Debbie. 💛
