Note from Debbie
In 2016, I felt a pull I couldn't ignore.
I set out to explore a story that had long stayed with me. One rooted in my deep curiosity about the Caribbean and its history.
The Grenada Revolution (1979-1983) was a defining moment for the region, full of promise, tension and heartbreak. But beyond the headlines were human stories: the dreams that sparked a movement, and the disillusionment that followed.
So I turned on the mic.
Grenada Revo is a five-part audio series created to preserve those voices and memories. It's not a history lecture. It's a reflection on how ideals rise, fracture, and endure.
